- Collaborate closely with internal teams and Faculty/Academic administrators to gather relevant programme, financial, and impact data for inclusion in proposals.
- Develop presentation materials that enhance Major Gifts team's effectiveness and maintain consistent NTU messaging.
- Establish and maintain a depository of proposal templates, case studies, institutional data, and best practices for use by the Major Gifts team.
- Design, plan, coordinate, and execute cultivation events/engagement sessions that support the solicitation process and strengthen donor relationships. This includes managing event logistics and working with internal stakeholders to execute these events.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 - 7 years' experience preferably in higher education (or a comparably complex organization), involving a range of senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge and familiarity with fundraising, philanthropy, advancement, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex and diverse relationships and the proven ability to operate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the execution of a range of professional events would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written communication skills with extensive experience in developing business cases, proposals and presentations.
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Sound acumen and strong professional presence as well as a collegial working style that promotes teamwork, creativity and open communication.
- Excellent ability to innovate and deal with ambiguity and organisational sensitivity with tact and diplomacy; to be opportunistic, responsive, resourceful, and resilient.
