**What you will be doing**:

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
- Schedule medication deliveries
- Manage and liaise with courier partners
- Oversee the dispensary team
- Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions
- Facilitate delivery agent pickups
- Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

**What we are looking for**:
Required:

- GCE 'N' or 'O' or ‘A’ levels, Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Required to work on rotational shift hours which includes 2 night shifts & 1 weekend shift per week and public holidays

Good to have:

- Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
