**What the role is**
- PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE, QUALITY SERVICES

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of the dynamic team which plans, promotes and execute initiatives on service delivery to enhance the customer experience at LTA’s Customer Service Centre. You will assist to co-ordinate and manage training programmes as well as welfare events. You will also support the team in monitoring and improving customer delivery processes/ systems, thus ensuring that it meets the high organisational standards of LTA.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: -Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines -At least 2 years of experience in customer experience management and/or events management -Prior experience in training programmes and developing/coaching customer service personnel would be an advantage -Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Words, Excel and PowerPoint -Good verbal and written communication skills -Passionate about creating positive work environments and creative in designing new service programs for continuous learning and improvement -Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
