Quality Assurance Executive

Location: 24 Penjuru Close (Full aircon environment)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:45pm (45 mins lunch break)

Transport: Free shuttle bus from Jurong East MRT

Salary: Up to S$3,500

Benefits: 12 days annual leave, performance bonus (~2 months)

Company background:

A healthcare and FMCG distribution company serving hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all secondary assembly (redressing) operations comply with SOPs and PIC/S GMP standards.
  • Maintain adequate PM inventory levels to support smooth assembly operations.
  • Prepare Master Batch Packaging Records (MBPR) for non-pharmaceutical products.
  • Drive process improvements related to secondary assembly activities.
  • Maintain good housekeeping within the redressing area.
  • Conduct 100% incoming quality inspections for pharmaceutical trade returns.
  • Perform sampling inspections of incoming products based on Principal Artwork and report accordingly.
  • Report and follow up on any non-conformities (incoming, outgoing, returns, 3PI, redressing).
  • Manage and close customer complaints.
    Monitor and verify temperature and humidity logs for the warehouse.

Secondary Assembly (Redressing) Activities:

  • Coordinate daily redressing operations with the Redressing Team Lead and QC, based on Operations Manager's priority list.
  • Review MBPR and liaise with RA for clarification or confirmation of work instructions.
  • Verify and replenish Printed Packaging Materials (PPM) and maintain the PPM Masterfile.
  • Prepare and release monthly PPM and redressing KPI reports.
  • Handle in-house label printing.
    Coordinate with warehouse inbound/outbound teams to ensure redressing completion.

Quality Assurance Operations:

  • Support inbound inspections and report results to principals for disposition or market release.
  • Conduct 100% inspections for returned pharmaceutical products.
  • Report discrepancies and customer complaints to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor temperature-related issues and report to principals as required.
    Verify warehouse temperature and humidity records.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Verify monthly pest control records.
  • Maintain proper filing of QA documents.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Assist QA Assistant Manager in investigating feedback or complaints.
  • Provide backup support for QC when required.
  • Complete mandatory annual GxP e-learning training.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of QA or QC experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
  • Experience in MBPR is an advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, even if not meeting all requirements.
