**Job duties**:
**HR Operation**
- Support day-to-day needs HR requirement, including payroll, leave management ,organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding & off-boarding, addressing employee queries, and strategic initiatives and Office administrative Matters.
- Keep abreast and ensure legal compliance with government’s rules and regulations are update.
- To enhance, develop and recommend HR practices/procedures to ensure competitiveness and alignment.
- Support the renewals, proposals and claims for company insurance and office license.
**Talent Acquisition**
- End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy in Singapore.
- Consultation to and support of Hiring Managers.
- Understand recruiting needs and job requirements and advise on most appropriate actions
- Salary proposal creation and offer negotiation
- Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process
**Learning & Development**
- Identify and Partner with the Line Manager to identify needs that leverage the core of learning & talent development programs, frameworks, and other best practices to help individuals and teams excel in their roles.
**Compensation & Benefit**
- Plan, design, develop and align regional compensation programs, i.e., base pay, incentive, and other reward programs, including evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs
- Provides analytical and technical support, design and implementation of the organization’s Total Rewards Strategy.
**Requirement**:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field of study.
- Have relevant experience in talent acquisition / recruiting in engineering industry for 2-3 years
- Experience in HR Generalist
- Possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills
