**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and/or support **end-to-end implementations**of SAP SuccessFactors (modules such as **Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Recruiting, Workzone**).
- Conduct **requirement gathering workshops**, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Configure and test SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client requirements and best practices.
- Provide guidance on **process design, gap analysis, and change management**.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Collaborate with global teams on large-scale transformation projects.
- Support **business development**: respond to RFPs, create proposals, and present value proposition to clients.
- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- **Experience**:

- **Manager level**:5-8+ years of experience, including at least **3 full lifecycle implementations**.
- **Certifications**:SAP SuccessFactors module certifications (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, LMS, etc.) preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- **Languages**:Fluent English (both spoken and written).
