**Who are we looking for**: We are looking for an exceptional Client Success Associate/Manager who will provide excellent client experience from onboarding to post-sales client activities, account servicing and renewals, championing client satisfaction. You are a brilliant communicator, have solid business acumen, a desire to help clients succeed, and have a real passion for technology in financial sector. **What you will be doing**: You will be responsible for overall Client journey experience from onboarding, execution of Factoring documentation, implementation of the account and servicing of the financial needs and request of the Clients. You will ensure the success of the Clients by proactively managing the Client Factoring Facilities, attending swiftly to their requests and constantly suggesting ways to improve Client experience through seamless process and bespoke product structure. **Responsibilities**: - Owning Client relationships from onboarding (Factoring case approval, to execution of Factoring Documentation and Account Implementation. - Servicing and taking care of Client day to day financial request and queries - Providing feedback to management team on ways to improve Client experience, processes and product structure - Managing client attrition - Maintaining a high degree of account risk management and control. - Developing strategic growth plans for key accounts in your Client portfolio. - Maintaining a highly collaborative, positive, & synergistic relationship with the Client and with internal teams to ensure quality solution delivery and support. **What we need from you**: - Bachelor's degree or a Diploma preferably in Business or Banking & Finance - Minimum 2 years of experience in client success or service roles - Experience in financial services such as Factoring, Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance - Proven track record of working in a client facing role, in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building - Strong team, networking and relationship building skills - Highly organised, collaborative and detailed oriented - Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding - Ability to handle multiple priorities **About Hubble Financial**: Hubble.Financial is the financial services division of Hubble Pte Ltd, a leading technology development company in the construction and engineering industry.
