**About the job**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Intern to support our team with daily administrative tasks. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in office administration and get a feel for a dynamic work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General Office Support: Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Scheduling: Help coordinate meetings and maintain the team calendar.
- Data Entry: Enter and update information in company databases.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirement and Qualification**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Basic skills in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
