**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Weekly / Daily**
- Check WMS/Stock Card and MYOB on previous day stock movement vs instructions(invoices,requisitions,exchange)
- Check daily invoices and pick & pack
- Manage office/stocks cleanliness and quality of picking and packing
- Work with finance executive on lnvoices and schedule daily delivery (Singapore and exports)
- Schedule incoming and outgoing freight ad hoc
- Manage stock inventory as well as packaging and marketing materials (all)
- Ensure SOP observed
- Ensure Health Science Authority regulations strictly observed

**Quaterly / Monthly**

** Plan and work with sales team on quarterly and bi monthly promotions - national and by accounts to help achieve sales targets**
- Help in planning and organization of seminars, talks and events
- Collaborate with associates and consumers to promote company and brands via sponsorships,

events,seminars and talks
- Plan and work with agencies/suppliers on packaging of products
- Plan and be responsible for all packaging materials
- Keep to agreed budget for all activities
- Keep good communications with customers and staff

** Monthly Inventory Stock Take**
- Match incoming stocks to invoice and requisite 1 random sample of each product to check quality
- Work with finance exec to ensure efficient receipt and despatch of stocks for each country
- Ensure costings from suppliers and to countries and lists up to date
- Ensure stocks and promotions available by country as planned
- Check each invoice against quotation/standard costs given by supplier
- Collate and report regional sales and stock situation on a monthly basis to general management (Stocktake report) to ensure timely ordering of stocks on a regional basis and raise Purchase Order

**Annual**
- Assist in collating information regional annual forecasting and planning of stocks
- Follow up with principals on special packaging (size/box/promo) requirements during forecast
- Collate qty on annual requirements for packaging, leaflets, stickers, barcode
- Work with suppliers on best quotes for packaging, printing etc on annual basis
- Well verse with regional export and custom requirements on packaging

**LOGISTICS**
- Well verse with regional export and custom requirements on freight/import & tax documentation
- Work with admin exec on freight forwarders to ensure smooth transition of stocks

from one country to another
- Aware of regional programs so as to synergise stocks accordingly

**WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA**

*Work with executive in charge to process orders and delivery in timely manner
