**What you will do**:

- You will be taking care of events in the fintech space, managing all aspects of meetings and events from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow up.
- You will oversee and direct all aspects of the Club functions to deliver a memorable experience to guests, exceeding their expectations to achieve the highest possible service excellence to current and potential members.
- Manage and track event-based marketing budget, in collaboration with various internal teams.
- Assist with the creative development of event initiatives, from branding, agenda design, content creation, and venue selection to event execution.
- Coordinates and communicates event details both verbally and in writing to the clients and property operations.
- Provide onsite support, both independently and as a team, when needed conduct pre-event briefs, post event reports, including but not limited to attendee surveys, analytics, and lessons learned
- Track, analyse, and optimize attendance, membership development and conversion metrics.
- Qualifications in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- High energy, fun and creative. Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented.
- At least 2 years of in-person event management and planning experience, at least some of which has been gained through large, fintech events.
- Leadership, sales & account management and operations delivery. This demands professional maturity, diverse event experience, superb relationship-building skills and compelling team dynamics
- Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, time and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking skills, flexibility, attention to detail and professional confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and conversational Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
