We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to join our Trade Management team. If you're excited by the idea of optimizing vessel space, collaborating across teams, and making a tangible impact on global supply chains, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maximize Vessel Space: Handle daily space management requirements and ensure vessels are filled to their optimal capacity.
  • Support Regional Marketing: Assist in coordinating marketing efforts across regions to drive trade performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CSR, and HQ teams to support customer requirements and ensure smooth operations.
  • Explore New Opportunities: Identify and propose new engagement options to improve trade efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Yield Management: Contribute to strategies that enhance profitability and optimize cargo mix.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping or trade departments.
  • Degree in Logistics, Shipping, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A positive learning attitude, reliability, and adaptability to different working and leadership styles.
