About the role

Kingfisher Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Bugis, Central Region, you will play a crucial part in driving our client's talent acquisition strategy and sourcing top-tier candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from client briefing and job scoping to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment and talent matters.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent strategies.
• Manage multiple roles and pipelines efficiently to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and uphold service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency or consulting environment.
• Proven success in filling roles across different functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added recruitment solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms, CRMs, ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn).
• Possession of a valid CEI certification (Basic or Advanced) is mandatory.
