Ticketing & Reservations Executive

Location: Nicol Highway

Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (WFH)

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, 9am- 12pm

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings, walk-in inquiries, and the full ticketing process.
  • Handle reservations, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and re-issuance accurately.
  • Respond to inquiries from passengers, agents, corporate clients, and BSPs via phone and email.
  • Process ticketing tasks including mileage redemptions, schedule changes, and re-bookings.
  • Maintain customer profiles, frequent flyer accounts, and communicate current promotions.
  • Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with support teams for timely resolution.
  • Support strategic planning, contribute to business opportunities, and coordinate ticketing logistics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and perform additional duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in reservations and ticketing (Airfares and Airline systems)
  • Global Distribution System (Amadeus)
  • Good communication skill
