**Senior Accountant (Tax & RBPO), APAC**
You will be a trusted member of the Regional Finance team primarily responsible in two key areas namely Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) matters & tax projects in the APAC region as well as Business Processes & Systems Solutions for the SAP FI module. As a focal point position, you will be working closely with Finance and Project teams across APAC including other internal stakeholders at the regional or global level demonstrating a mindset of continuous improvement & change providing excellent internal client support.

**The Position**:
Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) and Tax Projects:

- Manage OTP reviews and updates of calculations.
- Provide guidance to Finance teams based on Global Tax & Transfer Pricing Policy.
- Support in resolving transfer pricing issues / disputes between countries.
- Lead the APAC teams in regional projects in support of Corporate Tax’s framework and initiatives.

Regional Business Process Owner (RBPO) for Finance:

- Face of APAC: Regional Process Owner and act as bridge between APAC and Global IT/Global Process Owners and other Business Process Owners from other regions.
- Manage Finance Project (System Implementation & Solution) together with solution provider and global IT. Expected to be deeply involved in SAP implementation activities in APAC.
- Evaluate & manage solutions: Evaluation of solutions provided by our IT partner in both solutioning and cost. Lead testing of solution (test case, conduct test and verifications).
- SAP APAC Template Champion - Process owner of SAP (APAC), help drive standardization of business process and enable business needs.
- Backup for RBPO - Controlling (CO) - Act as backup for SAP CO RBPO. FI and CO are interdependent in terms of SAP transactions, business processes and data flows.
- Min 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in the Manufacturing industry as well as tax / transfer pricing matters with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Current/prior experience in running and leading projects/optimisation initiatives within Finance. Managing projects related to SAP FICO with prior experience is a strong added advantage
- Demonstrating exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task several projects on tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to details
- Able to connect the dots across the various business lines and identify process enhancements, where applicable
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to develop client relationships with mutual trust and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
- Proactive team-player that enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment and pitching in on other projects.
