**Overview**:
TCI Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development, Air Freight Specialist who will be tasked with driving business growth for international air cargo services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and profitable growth for both import and export air cargo. The manager will actively hunt for new business opportunities, targeting both established corporate clients and SMEs. A significant part of the role involves preparing sales strategies for key accounts and promoting air freight services on specified trade lanes. The manager is also responsible for developing sales forecasts and budget management to ensure financial targets are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets for air cargo services.
- To meet monthly KPI of SGD 100,000 with 6-8 percent PAT margins
- Secure new business and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and cost budgets.
- Focus on specific trade lanes and customer requirements.
- Oversee service delivery to customers.
- Drive growth by planning linehaul operations for shipments, while closely monitoring movements to meet established SOPs.
- Handle strategic procurement and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business.
- Communicate with airlines regarding shipment details.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in international air cargo or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven abilities in sales and marketing.
- Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Remarks**:

- Reporting to Director
- Work from home
- Office hours 9 AM till 6 PM
- Saturday half day if required by Director for review
- Basic Salary + Commission
