Senior Product Manager

RociFi is DeFi protocol for the under-collateralized lending and the creator of NFCS, Trust and Reputation DeFi credential.

Supported by such investors as Nexo, GoldenTree, ArringtonXRPCapital, Sygnum Capital at its core the protocol leverages on-chain data, machine learning, and Web3-native risk-management to effectively and profitably facilitate under-collateralized loans via blockchain.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own end-to-end vision, requirements and KPIs of RociFi’s Non-Fungible Credit Score token as well as onboarding experiences for borrowers and lenders.

Tasks
- Own end-to-end onboarding process specification for borrowers and lenders
- Own goals, requirements and performance KPIs for the NFCS Product
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and be focused on their needs and behaviors
- Lead product discovery, requirement gathering, and launch of updates for NFCS and onboarding experiences
- Create and articulate product strategy for the NFCS and onboarding flows
- Translate roadmap initiatives into digestible backlogs with clear prioritization among feature
- Write well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and complete set of test scenarios
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking
- Work closely with UX Designer in order to build seamless onboarding experience
- Wear a hat of UX Researcher by launching customer surveys and conducting user testing in order to get qualitative user feedback to better understand and optimize the customer journey
- Work closely with engineering team to build a scalable technical solution for onboarding that allows us to expand internationally and onboard customers on new products with least efforts possible
- Use data to identify power users of particular features to help with customer outreach and discovery, understand where our customers are having success and what their pain points are
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and performance of your product over time
- Collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists to ideate and deliver the best solution to our customers
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and propose high-impact testing opportunities
- Lead product performance reviews and reporting, deep-dive on top-line metrics and funnel KPIs to advise product and business
- Enhance data collection and drive consistency and best-practice for front-end tracking approaches team up with respective teams for implementation
- Ensure that documentation about RociFi products across Blog, Gitbook and Github is always detailed and up-to-date

**Requirements**:

- Have strong understanding of DeFi specifics, Web3 projects landscape
- Worked previously in DeFi or TradFi crypto or fiat lending company
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst or any similar role, preferably in crypto or SaaS environment
- Have data-oriented and analytical mindset, with the intellectual curiosity to search for context and insights behind the numbers, proactive and self-driven spirit
- Have sound understanding of product metrics and proven track record of initiating analysis and delivering actionable insights
- Have basic SQL scripting - we’ve got data and being able to pull your own makes you better
- Have experience with Analytic tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and with data visualization and BI tools - Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have leadership experience, through projects you have led, capability building within your team, or through mentorship or direct people management
- Have built and scaled products before and can provide multiple examples of the ones you are proud of
- Have a solid knowledge of UI/UX, pay attention to details and can share examples of high quality experiences you have built before
- Have experience contributing to engineering discussions and can clearly explain how something was built from a technical perspective and help the team make prioritization decisions
- Are organized and can communicate your ideas clearly and help others make decisions fast
- Have experience with A/B testing methodology and frameworks
- Are visionary and ambitious to work on something that hasn’t been solved before
