Our long-term vision is to build great workplaces with ‘people analytics’, gathering and processing critical workplace feedback throughout an employee's lifecycle to inform better management decisions.

We are rebuilding our core product as we grow with larger more complex clients. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be in charge of defining and designing the product. You will work closely with the product and development teams in building and shaping a product that users love and can rely on.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter, create solutions to problems, be a team player, and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be required to demonstrate strong product design fluency in UI, UX, visuals and user research.

This role will be challenging, but extremely rewarding - you will have outsized ownership and impact on our product design, and you will be putting in the foundations of our design systems in place. Our team is invested in building the best product for our customers, and we will make every effort to provide you with a setup that spans great creativity, innovation, and reward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the overall product design and contribute to the direction for the entire company
- Design products that deliver consistently delightful user experience, with a strong emphasis on ease of use
- Work across cross-functional teams to bring concepts from ideation to execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed design specifications
- Develop customer empathy through user interviews and usability testing, and translate user needs into design decisions
- Iterate on multiple designs with rapid feedback loops

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Able to design simple and elegant solutions to complex problems
- Affinity for user empathy, user research and user-centric design
- Entrepreneurial, quick learner, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
- Hold yourself to the highest standards of quality
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Excellent written and spoke English
