As a **Brand/Graphic Designer,** you will be part of our interdisciplinary team to lead, develop and maintain consistent branding and brand design across marketing, product and outreach teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead brand design for B2C and B2B audience
- Create a fun and memorable brand persona
- Create and refine brand guidelines in a brand book that encapsulates all aspects of the company
- Oversee end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to delivery
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various design projects
- Work with the content team to design key campaign visuals, illustrations, infographics and social media content.
- Work with other graphic designers and product designers for brand consistency
- Work with clients/merchants in producing creatives
- Collaborate with a diverse and distributed group of teammates across multiple locations and timezones.

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer or Brand Designer
- A strong design portfolio
- Has a fine eye for detail and storytelling
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to explore various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Open to new ideas and collaborations.
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly while meeting deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Someone who is passionate about the startup ecosystem
- Someone from a B2C or consumer product background could be an advantage
