- Be the person in charge of planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns in Singapore market
- Market the hero products of the company and build, maintain and expand customer base
- Work with social media specialist to deliver digital marketing initiatives
- Establish Partnerships:

- Identify and establish partnerships with local distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to expand the brand's reach in Singapore.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to maximize distribution and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
- Monitor Performance:

- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the launch strategy and initiatives.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the progress and results of the launch.
- Manage Budget:

- Develop and manage the budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance against budgetary targets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Stay Current:

- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes relevant to the Singapore market. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge.

- At least 6 years of solid experience in brand marketing or product marketing, advantageous for all-round marketing
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or business development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience in setting up business sales points in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market dynamics, consumer preferences, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
