Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact our client?
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap for different products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business, to define product requirements and prioritize product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams, as part of the Agile squad, to ensure the product vision is aligned with technical capabilities and constraints.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for delivery.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, including clear and consistent user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritization
- Provide vision and direction to the agile development team & stakeholders
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of pre-prepared tasks to work through
- Identify problems linked to the evolution of the product
- Provide conceptual and technical solutions to deliver product
- Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are in order to provide appropriate advice to stakeholders and guide the Agile team
- Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Consult internal and external stakeholders of the benefits or drawbacks of new technology or strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Identify and manage all blockers and document solutions
- Manage and lead the product release and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Provide an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that impact the successful team completion of sprint goals and product release

**Requirements**:
How do you know if you are a good fit?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Strong technical background with knowledge in different frameworks
- Familiarity with Figma is required to handle basic tasks such as modifying pages, making minor design adjustments, and exporting assets.
- Prior experience in the Trading and Asset Management industry is a plus, offering valuable insights into trading workflows such as asset buying and selling, loans, interest management, and vault operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects.
- Experienced in working within an Agile development environment, utilizing both Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in creating and executing test plans, as well as conducting regression testing in collaboration with QA teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently with mínimal supervision, ensuring productivity and accountability while effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines in a self-directed manner.
