Job Posting Title Sr. Product Director, MedsYourWay Remote **Job Description**: As a Sr. Product Director for MedsYourWay you would be accountable for defining, developing, and managing the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products based on Prime’s strategic themes and business value drivers that meet customer and client needs over the product-market lifecycle. Across a portfolio of clients and business leaders, this position will identify complex market problems and collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs. You would also responsible for business value definition, outcomes and realization needs. **Responsibilities**: - Establish, align and manage the product vision and roadmap, including changes, based on the portfolio’s strategic themes and business value drivers - Partner with client points of contact, including executive leadership, to collaboratively design and develop system and process features - Build consensus with senior leadership regarding the strategy for the product and solution portfolio; develops and communicates a clear strategic vision; creates the capability roadmap, features, and user stories at a detailed level - Develop and present product training materials to client engagement; network management and present initiatives / potential pilots to clients - Shepherd investment initiatives through appropriate development channels; track, organize, and communicate status of Product initiatives - Direct launch implementation of new products, product enhancements, and process improvements across all stakeholders - Participate in assessing metrics, including the evaluation of business value achieved versus planned - Prioritize and articulate the trade-off between functional requirements versus compliance/risk/other non-functional requirements; collaborate with other Product leaders to manage product overlaps and conflicts - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required - 10 years of work experience leading business processes, solutions, products system changes and/or similar relevant business experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Superior ability to influence at all levels of an organization - Demonstrated ownership of complex, timely decisions - Proven ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people - Superior ability to create and manage complex development projects in a highly dynamic environment - Demonstrated ability to pull together diverse teams to solve problems and pursue opportunities - Skilled at change management and leading change Preferred Qualifications - Master’s Degree or other advanced degree - Experience working in an agile environment - Experience with commercial software design concepts, practices, and procedures - Experience writing Product Discovery/Definition for software in a Product Owner or Product Manager role - SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) Certification - Experience with minimum viable product, Scrum, and/or Lean startup - User Experience (UX) Design experience - Experience delivering on premise and cloud/mobility products - Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or related industry - Strong technical background and experience with any of the following technologies and architectures: service - oriented architecture, web services, databases, modeling and/or distributed computing Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure Reports to VP or AVP in the Network Management, department Potential pay for this position ranges from $120,300.00 - $192,300.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
