**Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact Slash?**:
You will be a thought leader in the company:

- Driving iOS & Android and hybrid mobile development best case practices, processes and standards throughout the company.
- Supporting solution architects, product owner, scrum master, and development team with delivering iOS mobile products to clients.
- We will rely on your technical leadership and ingenuity to stay up to date on the latest in iOS & Android mobile development, and more broadly in mobile development approaches (e.g. native, hybrid etc.)

- Tech-savvy (up to date with the latest trends)
- Proactive, confident, doesn’t shy away from responsibility, takes full ownership
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse teams and individuals (e.g. solution architects, product owner, scrum master, developers, customer service, clients)
- At least 5 years of experience with fast-moving mobile iOS and Android platforms
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter
- Published multiple Android and/or iOS apps on Google Play or App Store
- Work experience with REST and/or GraphQL
- Good understanding of Material Design & UI Interface Guidelines for iOS & Android platforms.
- Experience in building CI/CD Pipeline for Flutter using Codemagic, Bitrise, or others tools.
- Knowledge and experience in SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Unit/Widget, or Integration Testing.
- Understanding of BLoC State Management and proficient in using Git Version Control
- Strong communication and collaboration skills as well as a problem-solving and agile approach
- Nice to have: Knowledge of programming languages for native mobile development (e.g. Java, Kotlin, or Swift) and experience with Firebase Services such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
And have a university degree.
