**Main responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the product development, enhancement and roadmaps
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation

**Requirements**:

- Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree, a master's degree is preferred
- Have experience in e-commerce is preferred
- Have at least 4+ years of related experience
- Have experience working in the software/IT industry, and have managed software projects in the past
- Great communication skills, proven self-management and team-management skills
- A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
- Strong leadership skills, capability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong professionalism, great work ethic, and great execution skills
- Pay attention to details, be sensitive to financial numbers, ability to monitor and control project progress and budgets
- Have HR related experience is preferred
- Having customer relationship management experience is preferred
