**You will**
- Formulate, monitor and analyze our long-term product vision, goals and metrics to iterate on product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate that strategy into concrete plans and ensure timely delivery over the short and medium term.
- Build a visionary roadmap, focus and iterate to success by saying no many more times than saying yes.
- Ruthlessly prioritize and drive results through collaboration to deliver magical solutions for the most important user problems.
- Grow the team and design the product function—what it's responsible for, how it interfaces with other teams, and how it'll grow and develop over time.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in consumer product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products, owning macro-understanding of the problem and micro-prioritization of solutions
- Ability to make smart bets anchored in measurable goals, identify bold steps towards them, fail fast, analyze, optimize and experiment continuously to achieve them.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs and define success as measurable impact, not just a delivery
- Dynamic professional unfazed by ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. Constantly learning and adjusting accordingly to drive great results.
- Cross-functional leader who inspires an organization towards strategic objectives— leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals

**Nice to have**:
