Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative **Senior Product Manager** to join our team and drive product excellence in the internet and blockchain space. You will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products remain competitive and deliver outstanding user experiences.

**What will you do?**:
**Product Strategy and Planning**:
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze user needs to identify product opportunities and improvements.

**Product Design and Development**:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to define product features, user flows, and technical requirements.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

**Market and User Insights**:
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and user feedback to support product decision-making.

**Cross-team Communication and Collaboration**:
- Act as the central point for product-related matters, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Lead product launches, promotional activities, and user feedback management processes.

**What are the requirements?**:
**Experience**:
- At least **5 years of experience** as a product manager in the internet industry (experience in blockchain or Web3 is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch with measurable success.

**Skills**:
- Proficient in product lifecycle management, user experience design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies.
- Fluent in both **Chinese and English**, capable of seamless communication in a multicultural environment.

**Industry Background** (preferred):
- Experience in blockchain technology or Web3 products (e.g., wallets, smart contract platforms).
- In-depth understanding of decentralized technologies and cryptocurrencies.

**Work Capabilities**:
