Here at COS we are looking for a Creative Lead to join our APAC regional team

The Creative Lead plays a key role within the APAC Marketing & PR Team by driving both branding and business growth through elevated content and creative campaigns, developing the overall design elements of a project. You will work as part of the APAC team in close collaboration with the Global Creative Team to be responsible for overseeing all design as well as maintaining and developing strategy for how the brand communicates across multiple platforms and channels.

Based in Singapore, the Creative Lead will be a highly organized, deadline oriented, proactive and confident team player, able to work on multiple projects and markets with efficiency and dedication.

What you will do:

- Develop & create local content per market needs including ideation, art direction & implementation (digital & physical)
- Lead the Creative Design Team and manage design requests from across functions
- Develop and create promotional and marketing materials (digital & physical)
- Responsible for reviewing content results and optimise to maximise brand reach, engagement, traffic & selling goals
- Deliver the COS message and brand ID through graphic expression and experience, increasing brand awareness and consideration
- Establish guidelines, timelines, print production, and requirements for other departments to ensure requests come with the correct brief and all the information required
- Liaison with third-party vendors for design development & production
- Collaborate with Global Art Direction & local teams to make align content with brand ID and communication strategies
- Work with project leads from across the region to make sure local content and campaigns are executed within agreed timeframes
- Co-operate with external partners (e.g. agencies and creative crews) to execute content creation projects/shootings
- Collaborate closely with Global Graphics Team and Digital Team to ensure regional alignment of all design concepts & local implementations
- Creating an efficient, informative and inspiring workflow for all APAC markets towards content planning, design and launch on each channel
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions

About you:

- A strong understanding of COS aesthetics and the ability to combine commerciality and creativity
- Previous experience in a similar position within the Luxury/Fashion/Lifestyle universe
- Drive to innovate and proven experience from working on design for both digital & print
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ability to meet deadlines
- Proven commercial design experience and a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently and drive own projects
