Joining Meta’s Creative Shop means that you’re going to be a part of an incredibly talented and committed team that is focused on defining the role that Meta can and will play in the future of marketing.As the APAC Regional Strategy Lead, you will be a partner to the regional Head of Creative Shop APAC and in-region leaders. You are responsible to work with external (agencies, technology partners, client in-house creative teams, technologists, etc.) and internal partners to enable focus on regional big bets with the goal to emerge with creative nuances. You will stay insatiably curious and lead the vision of the work, representing Creative Shop across multiple functions at Facebook.You are responsible for investigating creative opportunities across the region, and each half, when in-region leads share their coverage plans, you will strategically and proactively stretch what's creatively, technologically, or operationally possible within prioritized verticals. Together with regional leaders, you will dig deep and focus on briefs that push industry boundaries and introduce innovation into client work, contributing to the growth of our partner's businesses.You will participate in regional creative reviews and lead future-forward creative solutions and together with in-region leads, deliver pioneering work. You will be an instrumental and fearless partner to investigate, understand, explore, and deliver new cultural partnerships, tools and creative approaches, aimed to deepen collective regional experiments and evolve new ways of working.You are a natural investigator who will surface opportunities coming from regional projects and be the cultural connector on the ground. You are perpetually curious and willing to try things that you/we don't already know, aiming to build new solutions that can benefit our global teams and inform future Creative IPs - approaches to building work that unlock the creative potential of Meta’s platforms, connecting businesses and people. You will be a key partner for Creative Shop and other internal teams, focused on understanding the key motivations and plans behind your region's needs. In a timely and strategic manner, you will balance product plans and opportunities to build differently and creatively across our family of apps.
**Regional Creative Strategy Lead, Creative Shop APAC Responsibilities**:
- Drive external and internal partnerships to ensure cultural and product relevance in developing our creative work
- Lead and represent Creative Shop in your region's big bets initiatives and define the value Creative Shop can add
- Carve out white spaces and experiment with creative territories that we don't already know
- Align regional strategies with global product objectives
- Influence the creative strategic conversation at bi-annual regional planning sessions
- Own the experimentation strategy and goals on how we investigate and deliver quality, innovative work
- Build synergy and own the relationships amongst internal partners on each specific track of creative work
- Create milestones to track progress and share back learnings/successes
- Drive the communications and transparency to fully engage all Creative Shop in-region leaders
- Provide regular, proactive updates to executive leadership
- Build alignment among key project stakeholders and escalate key decisions as required
- Track the overall progress and quality of the work/client behavior produced
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of experience on Creative direction, Consulting, Planning, Advertising or Branding
- Recent & relevant experience working in a Regional role with a complex and highly effective collaborative structure
- Demonstrated experience building and growing high functioning, healthy work streams
- Exceptional communication and leading without authority skills
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams within large enterprises
- Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights
- Ability to build presentations and use common business software - Office, Keynote
- Deep experience in marketing, advertising, content/creative development
- Fluent English as you will be working with teams and clients whose usual business language is English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- International working experience working in market
- Experience managing regional teams
- Strong understanding of Metas’s products and business strategy
- Deep marketing experience in driving innovation or experimentation work
