**Job Description**:
As the Regional Digital Marketing Manager, you will set and develop the digital marketing strategy for the COS brand across the whole of the APAC region. Working closely with the Global Team in London you will oversee the creation of both commercial and inspirational digital assets that aim to raise the brand awareness of COS and increase customer acquisition. In this role you will have direct line manager responsibility for one Digital Marketing Coordinator plus dotted line management responsibility for Digital Marketing Managers in Korea, China and Australia.
- Lead the development of the APAC regional digital marketing strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness through established channels (PPC, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliates and Social)
- Work closely with Global and Regional teams to secure best-in-class content and creative for full funnel campaigns
- Work with channel owners, Insight and Analytics Teams to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data
- Ensure learnings are communicated and incorporated into future strategy and optimisation of each channel
- Lead your team to become experts in understanding the COS customer, using data to impact our digital communication strategy and commercial plan
- Analyse results weekly, monthly and annually, following up and taking actions according to the business needs to drive each channels performance
- Responsible for presenting top line digital marketing results and insights for each country to senior management team on a regular basis
- Oversee the annual Regional Digital Marketing budget in collaboration with the local teams
- Keep up to date with the digital media industry and platforms to identify new opportunities that can be used to improve strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent knowledge of the wider digital landscape for a variety of markets in APAC, specifically, Korea, Japan, Australia and South East Asia; an existing network with Media Agencies, Google and Meta would be ideal
- Proven competency in digital measurement and analytics including GA analytics & MS Excel
- Familiarity with BI Suite would be an advantage
- Informal, indirect leadership, working with colleagues across borders
- Digital Marketing experience working in one or more of these industries, Fashion, Luxury Goods, Beauty, Sports
- Previous experience as media planner within an omni advertising agency would be a plus
- Excellent Analytical & entrepreneurial skills, proven track record of improving customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Able to confidently present complex information to key stakeholders
- Visionary, able to interpret global business goals and objectives and adapt those to APAC countries,
- Strategic, ability to build robust business plans
- Inspirational leader & coach, able to up-skill colleagues and inspire them to test innovate and take ownership by creating a safe and supportive work environment
