Job Overview/Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to oversee and manage every aspect of our supply chain process.

A Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain process of a company. This involves evaluating the efficiency of the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Objectives:
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Based on the findings of data analysis, a Supply Chain Analyst must develop strategies to optimize the supply chain process and reduce costs.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

- A Supply Chain Analyst must work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production teams, to implement process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Relationship management:

- The Supply Chain Analyst must develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders in the supply chain process to ensure that the company has access to the resources and information needed to optimize the supply chain process.
- Regular Performance Reviews with the Training Manager
- Assessing Progress and Identifying Areas for Improvement

Accountability:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Understanding Supply Chain Concepts (Planning, Sourcing, Production, Delivery, Return)
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to the supply chain process to identify trends, areas of inefficiency, and opportunities for improvement.

Risk Management and Resilience
- Identifying Opportunities for Supply Chain Improvement
- Risk monitoring that involves ongoing monitoring of the supply chain to identify new risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them

Compliance
- Identify and understand the regulatory requirements, ensure all delivery route is comply with legal regulations.

Responsibility:

- Understanding Supply Chain Concepts and Principles
- Collect and analyse data related to the supply chain process
- Identify areas of inefficiency and waste in the supply chain
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the supply chain process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, improve delivery times, and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the supply chain process
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies that could improve the supply chain process
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other partners in the supply chain
