The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, including inventory performance ensuring data-driven decision-making, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves global supply chain KPI reporting, monitoring weekly supply chain performance and collaborating with SC and WH and system developers to enhance ERP functionality and reporting automation.

**Job Responsibility**

**Reporting and Data Analyst**
- Develop and maintain Global Supply Chain (SC) KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare and distribute weekly SC performance reports, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Pending PR, Aging PO's, GR/IR, Supplier performance Report.
- Provide data analysis for procurement Purchase Price Variance (PPV), identifying cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Suggest strategic plans and actions to optimize PPV and improve procurement efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Bi weekly DOI report (Days of Inventory) highlighting trends, risk and key metrices by product with focus on fast moving and critical PN's.
- Collaborate with purchasing, planning, finance and warehouse to align inventory levels with demand forecast and production schedules.
- Generate and distribute regular KPI reports to key stakeholders summarizing SC KPI and Inventory performance.

**System and Process Improvement**
- Work closely with system developers to address Odoo ERP backlogs and facilitate report migration.
- Drive the automation of Power BI reports to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
- Ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data across ERP and reporting platforms.

**Strategic Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to improve supply chain and inventory performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Support supply chain projects and initiatives aimed at cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Participate in cycle counting activities ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.

**QUALIFICATION SKILLS**

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Odoo ERP).

3. Experience in supply chain reporting, KPI monitoring, and procurement analytics.

4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and system developers to improve ERP functionality.

5. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively.
