**About the Role**:
As a result of this large-scale change program, we are seeking to appoint a **Supply Chain Analyst for APAC** accountable for mastering data, data analysis, process improvement & standardization, S&OP, cost saving initiatives and inventory management in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, India.

As part of the APAC Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in embracing a customer centric, data driven and agile supply chain.

With high attention to details and strong analytical skills, the Supply Chain Analyst:

- Review existing processes and systems, analyse data and drive standardization initiatives throughout the APAC region
- Establish KPIs, monitor and manage performance related to Fulfilment, Inventory & Costs
- Aggressively use data through tools such as Power BI to drive a culture of data driven decision making
- Partner with IT, explore the opportunities of utilizing tools/software such as RPA etc. to automate manual processes
- Develop and track continuous improvements opportunities and partner with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations & improve customer fulfillment
- As the key focal point for S&OP in the region, partner with sales & finance to drive demand planning and forecasting and translate them into operational supply plans for the different markets.
- Proactively identify systemic and process challenges to maintaining inventory health in order to mitigate cash risk
- Collaborate with cross functions such as finance, sales, Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs to balance performance targets, customer service metrics, and inventory levels
- Monitor key supply chain metrics (Inventory, forecast accuracy, logistics costs, forwarder performance) & develop dashboards and reporting for these metrics.
- Ensure data governance, as accuracy, completeness, timeliness and management of material, pricing, and account master data
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (global and site) to maintain and optimize product hierarchy while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
- Assist in the development and prioritization of testing manufacturing and supply chain related setup and data from the site ERP system and associated boundary systems.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business. Masters’ degree preferable.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain with strong operational knowledge.
- Knowledge of forecasting, Integrated business planning is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a solid track record of developing positive relationships.
- Hands-on experience implementing process improvements using tools such as LEAN, VSM etc.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver tactical results through people and parties not in direct reporting lines, and effectively work through cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Experienced using SAP (required). Effective in the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Highly detail oriented with strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
