- NIKE Trading Company is a centralized global trading organization that creates financial value and operational leverage for NIKE. Tax, Trade, Treasury and Supply Chain strategies are enabled via the Trading Company flow. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A Supply Chain Analyst who is charged to enforce the compliance of trading company system processes to the physical flow of goods, orders and invoices. This person is perceptive to systematic outages and data errors, always alert to anomalies that may displace established processes. They are efficient in identifying gaps, proactive with their observations and relentless in their pursue to issue resolution. In their quest to deliver results and meet goals, they are independent and resourceful but yet, versatile and effortless working across team. They prize lasting relationships, always nurturing bonds amongst teammate to better scale that next challenge together.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will accumulate in-depth knowledge of Trading Company’s buysell processes and its partners, helping to resolve system-centric and data errors to ensure seamless trading company’s supply chain processes in SAP. This role will require you to be vigilant to changes of trading company operating processes with GEOs and factories, so as to pre-empt risks to any non-compliance to established processes. Expectedly, you will be hands-on SAP, providing first level production support to partners, deliver large set data reports for analysis and contributing to complex exception resolution. You are part of a cross disciplined team of analysts and can be assigned to ad-hoc assignments to lead/coordinate projects.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You are part of a team of supply chain and data management analysts, reporting to the Director for Purchase Orders Management and Analytics. The most immediate collaboration are GEO teams and factories to resolve systematic issues that disrupts the flow of orders, shipments, invoices and payment. Often, this process may extend to other cross functional trading company domain experts like Process CoE, Capability, Finance and FX teams. There are also increase partnership with technical and automation CoEs in WHQ and regional support centres to evolve processes to be more seamless and touchless.
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related area.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading or consumer goods industry
- Solid supply chain and operations background
- Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills in massive and complex data systems
- Meticulous and adept in managing large datasets
- Good working knowledge in SAP R/3 AFS SD, MM modules. HANA S4 Retail is a plus
- Mastery in Microsoft Office business software. Practicing in any data management platform like Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau, Teradata, Smartsheet a plus
- Strong team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with high sense of accountability, urgency, resourcefulness and drive
- Ready mindset to continual process improvement and automation. Experience in LEAN / 6-Sigma, RPA welcome
