We are working on with a few Global and Singapore MNC Companies in-search for a HR Executive level, HR Business Partner to take on a support role across HR related strategic alignment.
Closely engaging with the stakeholder management of Business Unit Heads and Internal Partners in providing direction, employee development and impact to create value-add and strengthen it’s employee values and relationship.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Will serve as the HR Executive support for Business Partnering duties - providing operational, strategic partnering and staff advise to internal stakeholders relating to staff engagement and practices, local employment laws and HR policies.
- The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
**Position Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in HR or related discipline with 1-2 years of experience in the HR field - but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
- Must have experience in Business Partnering / Relationship Management with good knowledge in staff development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Industry experience in Technology sector or large-scale business in HR or similar capacity.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.
- Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
