**About our Client**

Our Client is a Global Luxury Consumer Goods MNC and is globally recognised as a household name, with multiple instantly recognisable brands in their portfolio. They are constantly reinventing themselves to keep ahead of consumer demands and they aim to maintain and improve their current performance regionally and internationally. As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Communications & PR Director to contribute in this area.

Reporting to the VP of Global Communications in their headquarters, your main responsibilities will be to improve competitive advantage through all facets of the Communications & PR functions. To achieve this objective, you will have to work closely with different functions globally with the main focus in APAC.

Additional responsibilities will include:

- Development and implementation of all Communications & PR strategies across APAC
- Manage largest Travel Retail market in China to continue to grow market share
- Promote brand awareness through effective campaigns
- Partner with various brands to understand and strategise around business needs
- Network with various media outlets as well as manage brand ambassadors
- Effective management of crisis communications and risk mitigation plans
- Build brand equity through raising brand reputation
- Ownership of PR budget and P&L management
- Champion long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda.
- Extensive Stakeholder engagement
- Development and management of direct reports across the region

**The Successful Applicant**

You should possess a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Communications & PR, focusing on KOL Management, Celebrity Management and Social Media. Experience in Travel Retail sectors will be an advantage. You should also be strong at networking as well as be business savvy. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment are essential.
