**Job Objectives**
- Support directors and managers in meeting clients’ needs and achieving company’s business strategies and goals
- Execute all communications operations and tasks
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with all internal clients
- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with all external clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Take client’s communications and translate into working plans for internal team to execute to client’s expectations
- Generates innovative and unique communication stories
- Curate which media to approach with story by creating strategy objectives, story angles and identifying the appropriate media
- Able to pitch and evoke the interest of media
- Develop relationship and extend network with media and KOLs
- Manage inter client and media relationship
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients and media
- Respond to all media inquiries for assigned PR project
- Identify, respond to and effectively utilise industry trends to help client and company achieve PR strategies and goals
- Learn, know and continually evaluate PR strategy for client and to ensure effectiveness and returns for client and company
- Acts as clients’ and company’s brand ambassador to the media
- Ensure that monthly reports are completed for clients and to standard
- Develop press releases and ensure that they represent client’s needs accurately
- Executes all assigned communications projects
- Delivers all assigned communications projects to expectations and standards
- Communicate with director and team on project progress
- Collaborate with team and internal clients to achieve business goals
- Complete media clippings
- Involved in ad hoc projects as needed
- Content generation for social media on digital platforms for clients

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of brand, communications and social media content development
- Fresh graduates to 2-3 years of brand and communications experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Good media and KOLs relationships across different verticals
- Experience in content marketing and social media management
- A genuine team player and self-starter with good work ethics
- Highly motivated and result oriented with sound problem solving skills
- Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage
