As the PR & Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and managing external communications across various channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, building relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and increase media coverage
- Create and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry professionals
- Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
- Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and other media events
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR initiatives and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication channels
- Manage crisis communications and contribute to the development of crisis management plans
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to generate engaging and persuasive content for PR purposes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and competitor activities to identify new PR opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a related role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
- Strong network of media contacts and relationships with key industry influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms and monitoring tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure PR campaign effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial industry or related field is a plus
