From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery. What you\'ll be doing: Manage media monitoring, press release drafting, story development, and media responses. Lead planning and execution of PR events and initiatives. Own BAU PR processes for AU and SG markets, while supporting regional counterparts across other markets. Brief and manage agencies on new launches, timelines, and key sales priorities. Prepare and deliver monthly reports on PR activities and outcomes. Handle agency and media requests in a timely and professional manner. Drive results by improving the quality and volume of stories and increasing levels of press coverage across the region. What you need to succeed: Minimum 1 year of experience in PR, marketing, communications, events, or journalism (preferred, but not a strict requirement). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy, proofreading, and copywriting. Awareness of seasonal moments, trending topics, and current affairs to proactively identify media opportunities. Strong storytelling ability—able to connect brand, product, and cultural context to craft relevant and engaging narratives.
