**About**:
- LUKK Automation Solutions delivers innovative robotics, AI, and automation systems to help industries enhance efficiency, precision, and performance.**Responsibilities**
- Drive business development activities, identify new opportunities, and maintain existing business contacts to secure automation and robotics projects.
- Expand and maintain a strong customer network, manage the sales pipeline through the company’s CRM system, and provide tailored solutions with support from the General Manager
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships while driving revenue and profitability.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for customers.
- Pursue and manage grant opportunities (IMDA, Enterprise Singapore, Start-Up SG, and other regional programs).
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships, liaising with suppliers for procurement, import/export, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Director and General Manager to ensure proposals are technically accurate and commercially viable.
- Conduct roadshows, product seminars, technology days, and client presentations to promote company solutions and increase market visibility.
- Represent the company in client meetings, demos, expos, and industrial showcases as the face of the business.
- Stay updated on product launches, new technologies, and competitor offerings to proactively introduce value-added solutions to clients.
- Serve as a key driver behind company growth, innovation, and brand recognition within the automation and robotics industry.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales or Business development related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mandarin proficiency for vendor liaison is an advantage.
- Willing to travel regionally when required.
**General Employment Terms**
- Work Week: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
- Working Hours: 09:00 am - 05:30 pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Overtime: Not applicable (executive positions only)
- Leave Entitlement: 14 days annual leave + statutory public holidays
- Performance Review: Conducted at year end; salary/bonus adjustments tied to results
- Travel Requirement: Some roles may require regional/international travel (as projects demand)
