**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Manager at ITLink, you will be instrumental in driving our product revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle and building strategic market presence for our enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for an ambitious B2B sales professional ready to take ownership of a territory, develop go-to-market strategies, and make a significant impact in a transforming organization. You'll leverage your experience to quickly establish yourself as a key revenue driver while helping shape our sales processes and methodology.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Drive Revenue Growth**: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, managing complex enterprise deals from prospecting through closing and account expansion.
- **Develop Market Strategy**: Create and execute territory plans, identify key market segments, and develop targeted approaches for different customer profiles.
- **Lead Enterprise Sales Cycles**: Orchestrate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, conduct C-level meetings, and position our solutions as strategic business investments.
- **Build Strategic Relationships**: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our solutions to their strategic objectives.
- **Shape Sales Excellence**: Contribute to building our sales playbook, create reusable collateral, and help establish best practices that will scale with the team.
- **Provide Leadership**: Mentor junior team members, lead by example in sales execution, and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
- **Drive Product Strategy**: Serve as the voice of the market internally, providing strategic input on product positioning, competitive intelligence, and new opportunity areas.
- **Maximize Account Value**: Develop account plans for key customers, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring long-term customer success and revenue growth.
**What We're Looking For (Requirements)**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services, with consistent quota attainment
- **Track Record**: Proven ability to self-source pipeline and close complex deals ranging from $30k-$150k, with experience managing 20+ active opportunities
- **Strategic Selling**: Demonstrated success with consultative selling methodologies, solution selling, and navigating enterprise procurement processes
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of enterprise software landscape, with experience selling to Finance, IT, or Operations leaders being highly valuable
- **Leadership Potential**: Natural ability to influence others, mentor colleagues, and contribute to team development even without formal authority
- **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of business drivers, ROI calculations, and ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes
- **Communication Excellence**: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with executive presence
- **Self-Management**: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and maintain high productivity in dynamic environments
