Our newly established Singapore office is now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Singapore and the wider ASEAN construction market. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development within technology solutions or construction-related products and services. Exceptional skills in pitching, presenting, and negotiating, supported by strong commercial insight. Proactive and customer-focused with a passion for understanding client needs and driving business growth. Adaptable and quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp our technologies, industry trends, and business environment. Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory frameworks and construction industry standards is advantageous. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager, Business Development position. What You Will Be Responsible For Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging our innovative technologies across Singapore and the ASEAN region. Design and propose customized solutions that address client priorities and project requirements in construction and urban development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading construction companies, contractors, and government agencies throughout Singapore. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the Singapore market that generates measurable results and strengthens CHAIN’s reputation as a trusted partner. Keep abreast of emerging trends in Singapore’s construction and smart city sectors, delivering actionable insights on competitors, client needs, and market developments to inform growth strategies. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities in industry challenges, government initiatives, and award programs with a solution-oriented approach. Collaborate closely with senior management in Hong Kong to ensure alignment of strategies and contribute to regional expansion efforts. Willingness to travel to Hong Kong for cross-border collaboration and to support business development activities.
