Our client is a leading provider of cyber security solutions with footprints across Asia. They strive to be service-oriented and help organizations transform their business with innovative technology and solutions.- Our client seeks a results-driven, collaborative renewal sales leader to lead the APJ Renewals team. You and your team will be critical in building efficiency, scalability, and predictability into our customer lifecycle without compromising customer experience. You will also be working alongside the broader Sales and Customer Success teams, where the renewal team plays a critical role in customer CARE strategy (Close, Adopt, Renew, Expand), responsible for securing up-for-renewal dollars and identifying possible expansion opportunities.
- Oversee and manage the renewals team on the following metrics:
- ** Increase the renewal rate**:

- ** Pipeline management**:

- ** Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)**:

- ** Engage customers in conversations**:

- ** Discover and identify opportunities**:

- ** Develop a playbook for renewal engagement**

**Requirements and Competencies**:

- Ideally 10+ years of demonstrated success in Sales, Renewals, or account management capacity with a strong focus on negotiating contracts
- Demonstrated track record of ideally 5+ years of experience in leading successful teams in meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in Enterprise Software space, ideally in a Saas IT environment
- Experience owning pipeline forecasting in Renewals, or Customer Success, or Sales
- Comfortability contributing to strategic initiatives like automating scalable Renewals approaches
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to process improvement
- Comfortable in a fast-paced matrix environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving business situations
- Independent and positive leader who can manage competing priorities in an organized manner
- Visionary leader who can inspire a cross-functional team to work towards a shared vision and mission
- Smart, bold, but humble attitude and continuous improvement approach to align with the company’s values
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-first approach, collaborative and strong operational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, Clari, Microsoft Office Suite a plus
