Overview
Senior Sales Enablement Manager – APJ at Infoblox. We have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Enablement team based in Singapore or Australia, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement. In this role, you will lead, develop and execute the sales enablement strategy to drive performance and support the success of the sales team across the APJ region. You will work with sales leadership, product development and marketing to ensure training initiatives align with business goals, product direction, and market dynamics.
Be a Contributor - What You’ll Do
Work closely with sales enablement leadership and sales management to design new training content and prepare for delivery of new programs
Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales training programs, with high evaluation scores and positive feedback
Identify performance gaps by engaging with the sales team to understand real-world challenges and training needs
Provide personalized coaching to Go-To-Market teams to enhance skills and support sales targets
Contribute to development, upkeep, and continuous improvement of training materials and resources
Design and deliver blended learning experiences, including Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and e-learning modules
Organize and facilitate training programs for a diverse sales audience across regions
