About the Team:
The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales development team. Our team is extremely passionate about continuous employee growth and helping others realize and reach their full potential while maximizing output across the organization.
About The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to drive organizational alignment, accelerate new hire ramp, and foster continuous development across our Account Executive and Account Management teams. In this player-coach role, you'll be directly involved in training and development - leading onboarding programs, delivering ongoing training sessions, and partnering with stakeholders on strategic initiatives - while also managing and scaling a team of Enablement Leads across APAC. You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing programs, while also introducing innovative solutions that improve productivity and effectiveness across the APAC sales organization.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with global peers to ensure programs remain globally consistent while locally relevant.
- Manage and develop a growing team of Enablement Leads, providing coaching, career development, and ongoing guidance.
- Design and enhance training programs – create new curriculum that plugs capability gaps and aligns with global strategy and organizational goals.
- Maintain and evolve enablement assets including curriculum, content creation, and program execution.
- Deliver impactful sales training with a focus on onboarding and ramping new hires for success.
- Act as the primary strategic partner for APAC enablement, shaping regional initiatives in alignment with global standards.
- Consult with key stakeholders to perform needs analyses and deliver targeted enablement and training solutions that drive measurable results.
