**Executive / Assistant Manager, Group Facilities Development**

**Corporate Infrastructure Office (CIFO)**

The Executive, Group Facilities Development will pro-actively plan and execute infrastructure projects that are delivered within schedule, budget and quality while ensuring project governance. He/she will:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with users to document the requirements and draft the design brief
- Assist in the preparation for procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of the projects
- Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and Permit to work during construction stage
- Attend project meetings and ensure follow ups from meetings are timely addressed by all parties
- Assist the PM in monthly certification and processing of progress payments to consultants and contractors
- Plan and coordinate site inspections, isolations and T&C schedules with stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms.
- Adhoc duties and projects in support of CIFO’s mission

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Estate preferably with relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure or project management/design consultancy in the built environment sector or in the public sector.
- Team player with good project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
- An independent team player who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
- Able to multi-task and perform in a dynamic working environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
