**What the role is**
- The Service Management and Resource Division (SMRD) oversees management of residential services, therapy hubs and resourcing of the Social Policy and Services Group’s (SPSG) directly-delivered and MSF-funded services.
**What you will be working on**
- As an Executive/Senior Executive (Facilities Management), you will support the Facilities Management Team in terms of facilities management, site inspection, data management, claim checking and administrative support. FM - Operations Management - Service level management - monthly reviews of facilities management with FM Contractors (FMCs) / users - Carpark management - Review inspections/ technical audits carried out by FMCs - Verify month reports / claims submitted by FMCs - Tenant management and related facilities matter - Safe management measures - SG Clean Certification FM - Budget Management - Annual projection submission - Quarterly forecast submission - Monthly variance report FM - Administration - Submission of data to BCA/NEA/MSE - Reply to QSM/MSO on FM-related cases - Preparation of tender documents for FM Cyclical Maintenance Works and ad-hoc projects - Collate users’ requirements - Seek funding approval - Preparation of tender documents - Manage project account and work progress - Monitor defects liability period
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in Estate Management/Building or equivalent with relevant working experience in building industry - Analytical with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Team player, resourceful and exercise initiative at work - Able to multi-task in a dynamic work environment - Effective time management and good organisation skills
