We are looking for talented individuals to join our **People and Culture** team and play a critical role in paving our way to success.

**About this role**:

- We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented professional to partner with the founders and help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization.
- This individual will work closely with the People & Culture team and is responsible for executing critical and strategic HR projects, and owning a portfolio of high priority projects with a purpose of building a 'Help our people achieve their greatest growth & greatest impact'
- This is a group-level role, based in Singapore

**What you will do**:

- Lead and own strategic projects that contribute towards various People and Culture 'North Star' metrics, which focus on a range of diverse projects that support the growth of our business and efficiency of our operations on a regional level
- Manage PMO operating model for critical initiatives - prepare project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress and resolve impediments to ensure team excellence
- Ensure organization projects are prioritized and aligned to business strategies
- Up-skill the organization's capability in project and organizational change management
- Be a culture ambassador, act as the voice of Circles.Life, and be the main POC liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

**Who you will work with**:

- Reporting to: People & Culture Chief of Staff
- Other key relationships: Senior Leadership Team, People & Culture Leadership team, and Functional Leads across the departments

**What we are looking for**:

- 6-8 years of experience in complex projects related to People and Culture
- Proven track record in project management and end-to-end project delivery in a short time frame is valuable
- Subject matter expert in at least one area of HR specialization (compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, HR business partnering)
- Experience in extremely fast-paced tech companies and ideally start-ups
- Ability to exercise structured thinking & communication
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Experience in storyboarding and crafting executive-level presentations
- International exposure and / or work experience will be a plus
