**About our group**:
Seagate’s Human Resources Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a mid-career to senior level project manager to manage enterprise-wide HR initiatives. This full-time remote role is part of the HR Systems and HR PMO teams within Global HR Operations.

Global HR Operations is part of the Human Resources Internal Communications (HRIC) global division at Seagate. The Global HR Operations team includes HR Systems, HR Project Management Office (PMO), People Analytics & Reporting, HR Central Support and Policy and Compliance.

The HR PMO and HR System teams provide project management expertise for HR initiatives and programs, collaborating with the various HR functions, HR Business Partners, HRIS and Seagate business leaders.

The HR PMO team reviews and works with the HR Leadership team to prioritize HR technology investments to ensure they are prioritized and aligned to Seagate’s people strategy and standards. The HR PMO operating model is directly related to the HR Systems Governance Model and sets up the roadmap of priorities for HR projects and programs.

**About the role - you will**:
Support HR leadership by prioritizing, scoping, and driving the successful completion of strategic projects. You’ll need to be equally comfortable working independently and in collaboration with Seagate leaders and employees within and outside the HR PMO. It’s an exciting time at Seagate and we need seasoned PMs who know how to launch programs that scale and support growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a part of the HR PMO and HR Systems team, you will be responsible for managing and leading HR system and program implementations in partnership with the global HR Centers of Excellence and HRIS teams
- Provide expertise and consulting in project management and HR Systems to support HR priorities involving project/program-based activities in support of organizational change and business agility to ensure HR investments are prioritized and aligned with Seagate’s people strategy and standards
- Manage multiple high visibility, cross functional projects in a multi-location environment
- Lead project teams and/or subcontractors to deliver quality programs, products and services on time and within budget
- Gather user requirements to gain in-depth understanding of related business and HR processes to identify process improvement opportunities
- Act as a business analyst to understand and map business processes and data to support system and process changes; focus on ways to streamline and continually optimize processes and systems
- Use creative problem-solving skills to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions
- Build flexible and scalable solutions that anticipate future change
- Create project artifacts including plans, budgets, risk assessments, stakeholder analysis, user requirement documents, use cases/stories, test plans and launch documents
- Produce and present concise project and program updates, project communications, milestone tracking, resource planning, financials, risk assessment and contingency planning and escalation and resolution of critical issues to project sponsors/owners
- Create and lead change management, communications and training plans with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Conduct usability and user acceptance testing of HR systems and user-facing tools
- Maintain industry and HR awareness and use domain knowledge to recommend and pilot leading-edge HR technology, process improvement, automation and tool changes; know how to qualify potential impacts and propose change to senior leadership with a focus on employee experience
- Resolve HR system support tickets from users and capture enhancement requirements
- Act as liaison and develop stakeholder relationships with HRIS, HR Centers of Excellence, and HR Analytics teams to align HR System Roadmap with business needs
- Configure and maintain various HR Systems, assist in running projects using HR systems
- Assist with conducting security, privacy and risk assessments for projects and HR systems

- You are an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence across a variety of employees and leaders across all departments
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies (Predictive/Waterfall, Agile, Lean), risk management, change management and strategic planning
- Prior execution of multiple enterprise-wide
