**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and office network, servers, firewalls, switches etc
- Adherence to internal and regulatory policies, guidelines, measures, in relation to IT security and management
- Perform hardware\software asset and procurement management
- Coordinate with product vendors to resolve software and hardware issues
- Assist in IT project management
- Updating of internal IT policies and procedures
- Perform backup and disaster recovery for IT system
- Perform end-day processing
- Generate reports for various departments
- To discharge other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management, at its sole discretion

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge in IT and Network security
- Good Knowledge in Excel Macro/VBA would be an advantage
- Network and Infrastructure experience
- Minimum 2 years experiences working in an IT environment
