The role involves building GenAI-powered applications and leveraging GenAI for accelerating software and data development. Develop and deploy GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows). Collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring. Use GenAI for productivity enhancements (automated code generation, testing, documentation). Implement best practices for model governance, risk management, and responsible AI. Deliver insights and AI products for Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, and Retail clients. Must Have Experience 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles. Strong background in GenAI , LLMs, NLP, and model fine-tuning. Hands-on with at least one public cloud (Azure preferred , AWS or GCP acceptable). Experience deploying ML/GenAI applications using Kubernetes or serverless. Good to Have Familiarity with Azure OpenAI , AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI. Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Maritime, or Retail . Knowledge of AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, GDPR, PDPA). We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
