**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. You will assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their needs and preferences, ensuring a memorable shopping experience in line with the company’s values of trust, transparency, and service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and precious stone jewelry products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective product presentation and cross-selling.
- Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and pricing.
- Ensure proper handling, security, and display of jewelry items.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents accurately.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and merchandising.
- Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and showroom operating procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Hindi, Tamil, or Arabic) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
